aiesecishly busy

AIESEC - that's what keeps me running these days, that's what I predominantly think about, that's what I'm spending most of my time with. This highly intensive AIESEC-phase started on Saturday morning with the planning weekend in Zurich, continued in Bern with preparing and running the first induction LCM on Monday, followed by setting the dates for entry talks and informing the applicants about it plus an EBM on Tuesday and then, last but not least, today's compendium task force in the MC office. It's a lot of fun, but slowly I'm getting worried, cause actually I would be studying law and Chinese, should hand in an important paper....and during the next two days I'm completely engaged with entry talks. I like what I'm doing very much, it's great to see the success of recruitment (over 30 applications!!!) and it's awesome to work with my EB-team, so don't get me wrong. But still, working full-time isn't an option, I'm not in the MC. So, there need to be some changes, better time-management or maybe I should simply delegate more. Could be difficult right now if you consider the small number of active members in the LC. The situation should improve after KICK-OFF though, when there are many active newies. Well, that's at least what I'm hoping for. And AIESEC would be boring if there weren't any challenges, right?

Hey Oli, I'm so happy to see you engaging in your job like this. I get the feeling that you are doing very well and it's clearly obvious that you are liking it. :-) Voll geil!
Don't forget about University though. It can make a good "Gegenpol". :-) (although I'm not sure if that also applies if you are studying law.... :-PPP)
